    Our team identified a requirement to implement a structure which would allow the club to; improve retention of current sponsors, attract sponsors from a national and international market, and create partnerships which will generate the club fresh revenue via referrals.

  • Corporate network.

    Sport Sponsorship founded the club’s first Corporate Club, allowing local businesses and sponsors to connect via a series of events. This was a natural method of nurturing sponsors, whilst expanding opportunities for creating new commercial partnerships.

  • expanding the fanbase.

    The club has been very reliant on a fanbase, located within a very short radius of the stadium. After documenting all new commercial and residential developments within a commutable range, Sport Sponsorship applied a strategy to help harness a larger fanbase.

  • Corporate Social Responsibility.

    Sport Sponsorship sourced and facilitated a partnership with CHAS. This allowed the club to provide fresh incentives to kids and families who needed support from the local community. These acts of support reflected the club’s identity well, as they strive to remain a pillar of the local community.
